The Design Team provided complete Architectural and Engineering services to build out the empty basement space of a shopping plaza. The new fitness facility is comprised of a 3,500 s.f. group fitness area, a personal training room, lobby and retail space, lounge, offices, shower rooms and accessible restrooms. The design also included custom retail and lobby display and casework, signage and finish selection.
